We forcefully moved to the new server and upgraded to Dragonfly CMS v10.
Please keep in mind we are working hard to get everything up and running, so please be patient.

How do you make it so users can upload avatars?

dont know

Can't help much with so little info. If you'd searched you'd find in 8.2b avatar upload is not available and in the upcoming 9.0 it is.

I used to use Yabb as a forum and it would auto resize the image. Any chances that cpgnuke will do that in the future?

9.0 does checks the size and weight but AFAIK does not resize if too large
