A test to check if the server can handle files and file uploads according to the required specs of Dragonfly.

1) Extract the files and upload the 'test' directory (including the files) to your website.
2) Execute http://mysite/test/test.php to start.
3) CHMOD the directory to 777 if the test fails in 755 mode and do step 2 again.


Editor's Note:
This script is updated to comply with the latest features which are in CVS.
If you want to run 9.0.6.1 and step 2 says "succeed using safe_mode:" then you can't use coppermine.

This appears to work correctly. Does the author need any feedback? Is this going to be incorporated into a future Downloads Module release??
