Instructions and flash element included. Based on a phpBB mod, edited so it would work as a block.

SPECIAL: The reason is that i have added 2 clock elements for the user to use, therefore giving them a choice. The flash is not CPU intensive.

There was a small error with the instuctions. To fix this, just center the clock, or use these instuctions given to change the current code.
