Small security update to fix duplicate nickname/emailaddress registrations.

This fix pack fixes the Your_Account registration process where it didn't check anymore the nickname and emailaddress properly due to a modified sql query.

It also contains a bug "workaround" for Windows OS servers as we reported on bugs.php.net

WE FORGOT TO PACKAGE A README how to use this package
As i forgot to add all install files as well here's how to do the upgrade:
- upload your 9.0.1 install.php and 'install' directory/folder
- upload the fixpack files
- run install.php to upgrade
