I notice on my site that Google it there most of the time and it seems to follow what I do.. Anyone seen this at all or am I just going insane?

I have already taken those steps.. however the only option I see for access is who can see the block.. I am actually wantingt to grant edit priveliges to one user. Or have I missed something obvious ...

I'd like to create a custom block on my site and then have editing priveliges for one user only other than Admins. Is there any way to do this that I have missed?
