Whilst I agree that every change doesn't require a new release it is, it seems, normal practice to bundle fixes up a in a timely manner and release then as Beta, RC1, RC2 ... and Final. That way test ...

Is there really no release documentation?

I'm not so interested in what lines of code have changed, but rather a list of fixes and new features.

The trouble with this is that

a) users with a new browser never see your site and go away without comment

b) the 9.2.1 ua.inc is very old and in a fresh install of that IE8 doesn't work. That's ...
