I'm getting a blank page when I try to download the file, it's possible you have a parse error somewhere.

Make sure you overwrite _all_ files inside your website /include folder with original ones. ...

If you are using a js framework already, replace the cookie and the load calls with a suitable replacement.

But i think there is a really simple way to do it just by modifying some html ... just ca ...

Last version is 9.3.3, however nothing ever changed in that area, not even close ... and we have tested in few 9.3.3 and its working fine.

Moreover, PDF version shouldn't make any different.

I wasn't asking you not to use IE9, our aim is cross-browser support.

What I was asking you is to try using the 'default' theme (cant stress enough coz 3rd party admin themes are more then outdated ...

Don't remember when admin permissions where added 9.1, 9.2 ...

are you a Super Admin? because if you are not thats all you see till a super admin decide to.

Does the download points to a local or an external pdf file ... enabling notices and warnings in debug will also help.

Just by logging in and out as admin should work.

Phoenix's link doesn't say anything about making a new block, try to read the article please.
