proper search engine friendly URLs that include a chunk of the forum topic or thread name in the url, eg

The first 8 bits is the critical part - IPs up to 127.x.x.x work OK. 128.x.x.x will cause the 127.255.255.255 erroneous entry.

Both 64 bit processors and 64 bit OS. Local Ubuntu, server CentOS.

Whichever way you do it, there is a change needed to stop a MySQL error which comes from a LIMIT clause with a minus argument (LIMIT -20,20 in my case where 20 is the number of posts per page).

| Sounds likely. I don't know why you didn't think it was a bug though - MySQL seems to have behaved OK, as my duplicate entries have different id numbers and the username and email aren't constrained ... |
