Do you mean is there a double entry for this module in the modules table? (sorry, I'm not sure I've understood what you meant). If that's the case I don't believe so.

Dragonfly 9.2.1? Yes
Does it have a cpg_inst.php? Yes
Does it use its own tables? Yes
If so does the tables gets uninstalled as well? No
