The logout issue is more of a PITA than a security problem. Where the problem lies is if you're logged in as an admin.

| I believe you'll have to add an entry to the modules table as well... don't forget to clear your cache when you do as the active modules cache will need to be recreated. |

And the reasoning is becuase cmsinit.inc will die at the very top of the script if XMLFEED is not defined, and the browser doesn't send a user agent (or it is '-').
