How can you change the default language for the forum?. It's now permanent english and i would to have it change to dutch.

Interesting, the dutch language pack doesn't have the module forums language. Maybe they missed it. If anything you can use the english forums pack and traslate it to dutch..

But you may want to wait for on of the developer to say if they forgot it or not.

Actually, it's not quite simple as one file - there are several files which are not in the repository.

Normally we would have referred you to the CPGlang module which is used for providing and updating language files, but it appears Forums is not in there.

Best to wait on advice from Akamu.

in between i've got the phpBB orginal language file working on the site. any problems with secrurity using that file?

place the lang_dutch folder inside your Forums folder, do not worry about having a lang-dutch.php in that folder lang-english.php is reservered for possible future use.
