I feel like an idiot asking this question, but how do you remove the advertisement at the bottom of the Coppermine front page, with the "block" title: Any Content~~ Customized: Advertising????

Coppermine -> Config -> "The content of the main page"









NOTE: this topic consists of several merged topics to edit this "block" open anycontent.php in a text/php editor,save as utf-8 (no BOM).

Is there a way to elimante the poster ad in the album...

to alter the content , due u have to edit the anycontent.cfg file manually ?

You can put about anything in there as far as I know.

I have a bob marley picture on coppermine. It says "Content~~ Customized: Advertising" I want to know how to delete this off the page. Is it in the code of the actuall page or what. Was it added by the development team, or could it be added by annoymous person.

Go into your Coppermine config page and under the 'Album list view' section, remove '/anycontent' from 'The content of the main page'

I deleted the whole line within that field and now none of albums or categories are a vailable when i click on Coppermine.
