Won't istall (doing a fresh install)
error

Won't write to new install/config.php file (i have it set to 777)
if i manually chage it i get the above error.

many other topic explain to not to touch config.php anymore.

leave it as it is and where it is.

now just make sure to replace your current config.php with the original one ... I'm talinkg about install/config.php

simply hit install.php on your browser and install it... make sure you only use a range of characters a-z as username and database name. let us know for any other problems

Ii did not touch the config file till i get the error first. I just tried another install, used the install.php. filled out the dbname, pass, etc. and......
