Is there any logs that show who changed what?

In my example, if I have a user that is also an admin, is there some place I can go and see what changes he/she made?

Table its there already, the Log class its only on my pc only and logs will be enabled sometimes soon.

Not only for admin changes but also logins, failures etc etc.
