I don't know how to explain my problem in English, but I'll try.

When writing messages in my forum, using Internet Explorer, there is a problem if one writes more than the space of the "text-window". If the text is long, the scrollbar jumps up, and you can't see what you write. Of course you can scroll down and write more, but then it jumps up again. Everything is ok in Firefox.

I have tried to fing a solution here, but I don't know which search words I should use.

Is it happening with an unmodified-default theme?

It is the default theme, but I have modified it a little bit. By the way it happens when I write in other dragonfly sites as well.

Internet Explorer version used?

If you are using IE8 on Vista I'll suggest you to reinstall IE .. you might get lucky Smile

Happens on my home PC and laptop with IE8 and Vista. I put it down to Microsoft rubbish but would love to fix it!

It happens with IE8 and Windows XP. The same thing happens if I try to write something on this site and other DF sites.

If I use the "compatible view" (is it the right words in English??) in IE 8 it works fine. It is a button on the right side of the URL field.
