Patch for DF 9.2.X.X conflict w/Suhosin & Block Management

Just was looking through cvs and all and little confusing and was wondering, if it was possible for a patch release, that would address, the issue with suhosin that conflicts with the block administrating.

If not, if you could just list what files need to be changed or replaced, it would be a great start in the right direction and oh yeah, also, if there is any DB changes that need to be made!

Several reasons for this request and will not go into them, unless requested!

Ok, we through this one together to get out for everyone, who do not feel like making the total upgrade, as this time.

This does not do anything in the database and needs to be confirmed by the staff and others, before saying it is official, etc., as it is UNOFFICIAL and not endorsed by the DragonFlyCMS Team as of this posting, so use at your own risk and please post back here!
