Hi,

I would like to include on my site the WP-cumulus plugin for 3D Cloud Tag created by Roy Tanck.

You may see an example on: 3D Cloud TAG
I didn't find any porting for Dragonly on the web, but there are several other porting for other CMS.

Perhaps someone already did this porting or is able to do this?

I use this plugin in WordPress and I really like it. It can easily be ported to DF, but unfortunately as DF has no built in support for tagging, you need to choose something else to display. It might, for example, be linked to the search tables for the standard forum, so long as your forum isn't massive and you are a bit selective about what you take as a tag.
