I had to do a CVS update on the entire site. Which broke the Shoutblock, Downloads, and PM's. After I got those fixed, I uploaded the Web Links Module and it worked. My assumption is that a CVS update is required, but I hazard you to perform a complete backup of your site prior to doing it.

I do not understand this cvs update thing? I have been trying to figure it out. downloaded software that to my knowledge (which is very little concerning phpnuke things) did nothing. and downloading each and every single file is too much work to fool with. Please tell me that there is a faster way to do a CVS update.
