This summer, we found this kitten when it was only a week old. We have been bottle feeding him. For the past 5 weeks.

Problem? We have had him nearly 6 weeks and dont have a name for him.

I was hoping to find a good "techie" name since this is what I do for a living. We thought of calling him "modem" but that name just didnt stick.

Then we thought, lets call him something based on his colors, except he has the orange strip on his faced and a bit of calico colors through out his coat, and white toes. Couldnt find a name that fit. Didnt like "mask"

Then I thought, well I will call him "CT" for Cat Scan, or claws & teeth. But a name by initials was a bit lame.

Any ideas on a good name for him? I thought I might in list your help.

Would be nice to find a funny name having to do with something, technical.

I work in Internet Sales & Marketing and Web Development.
A name along this lines would be cool.
Yeah I thought of Dragonfly already, too long. lol

Whatcha think? Got any ideas?

As a note: J.W. Elliott was the person who composed the music on the Pussycat Pussycat nursery rhyme.

A techie name could be:

- LAC (local area cat)
- Tux

Oh what great names!

Well, I read the names you all posted to the family and this was the results:

My first choice was Tux.

I was out voted. Then I saw Pixel! I LOVED IT... so cute.

Again out voted because everyone thought it was more of a girl name.

One of our other family members liked "digit" but was out voted.

Oh, I did get one pm'd entry for "DC" ( Damn Cat) Laughing

Then it happened, saw the name SKIDMARK, and I told everyone in the house. The name "Skiddy" for short?

Well, we tried out the name and guess what, the damn cat came too: "here skiddy skiddy skiddy" Floor laughing

So, skiddy it is! Thanks to everyone who helped us give him a name.
