Nope --all-databases is, well, all databases
I put the script into a file called runbackup.sql and cron it nightly.
I would test it first!
again, some hosts frown on shell scripts such as this - they can eat some cpu if they blow chunks

What i would love is for the various historical php-nuke tables to be assigned primary keys..
I've tried to use sync'ing between MySQL hosts for Db backup a couple of times and problems arise because tables, like stats, have no primary keys.
