Post subject: WARNING: cvsnt has bug with line-endings

When you checkout or modify a cvs repository on Windows OS that uses the LF (POSIX line-endings) but a file contains CR+LF (MS-DOS line-endings) the cvsnt ads additional CR which produces line-endings being CR+CR+LF aka \r\r\n

We strongly advice to never use LF checkouts on Windows OS although TortoiseCVS supports this cvsnt command line feature.
