I have submitted the download file to pnflashGames and, on their approval, will add the leaderboard and Your Arcade functions. I'll then open the download here and at my home site.

Does the high scoring work on all games? I just played Breakout and when it ended, nothing happened? I don't see a list of scores for it or anything...

I have several additional functions to add in regarding the scoring and leaderboard.

yourarcade will be a presentation of all your scores for every game or you can visit the info for another user.

leaderboard will be just that. every game will be awarded a leaderboard score based on the number of players. This will then be applied in reverse order as points for that game:

i.e. 127 players - 1st 127pts 2nd 126 pts..etc.. down to 127th who gets 1pt.

All your scores for each game represent your leaderboard score.

High score listings will be added at the foot of the Playgame page for each game

So xbox pngames can place credits to radiogetswild.com for graphics but you and dragon fly dont as its all a team effort here

I'm really confused about this now.

So there's one direct port of pn_Flashgames for Dragonfly, but there's going to be another built by RedGerry?

All details have now been finalised.

There will be one Dragonfly port from pnflashGames, DF_Arcade. XBox will withdraw their DF hybrid.

pnflashGames have now opened a new downloads section for Dragonfly. You can download the new V1.00 arcade from there. This is an independent Dragonfly arcade, GPL license.

I will be supporting it.

Instructions for changing from either RG_Arcade or pnFlashGames for DF

1/ Switch off the blocks AND the module (admin)
2/ phpmyadmin or equivalent - drop last two fields from rgarcade_games - ratings and score
3/ take an sql dump of the data from games and hiscores
4/ Uninstall the module through admin-modules
5/ Delete all files EXCEPT games and screenshot folders
IMPORTANT !!!
Remember that in your index.php there is a require_once line for the scorecomponent. As this is deleted your site is now broken
6/ Copy all the new files from DF_Arcade over
7/ index.php (ROOT!) there is a replacement file in the zip with the new required_once line added
## with index.php fixed your site now works again ##
8/ goto admin -modules..install DF_Arcade
9/ put the games/screenshots folder into the modules/DF_Arcade folder
10/ Run your sql to put the games and hi-scores back into the tables.
11/ Switch your blocks and module on
12/ Your open for business

DF_Arcade, really what it should have always been called. Q/ radiogetswild can you modify the sql you've got for all the games? and relaunch a gamepack called say.. DF1? There are no games included in the installer.

The your account block is broken.

Any plans to add back into the admin area the check to see if the game already exists so it doesn't show in the dropdown?

leaderboard and yourarcade section will be here Thursday. Add game list should still be selective and Your_account block is being modified as we speak although I was unaware of a prob with it.

Next couple of weeks will see rapid progress in this module.

Has anyone got bandwidth for a gamespack? I'll pm them the link for 154 game starter pack (files and sql) This is fixed for DF_Arcade. Its 36MB and my server can't host it or it'll just break.
