Your additions will be commited to CVS within a week of submitting, and you will be able to download them though the CVS functions of the admin panel

Yes I've got all of them "Sender Name: inaki"
Langs are updated soon as possible, "normally" within one week.
It's not neccessary to translate all of them before CVS get updated.
But I'm having a little issue and you can probably clarify this for me.
You are submitting "lng = catalan" but we dont have that lang.
Is Spanish = Catalan?
Or ... is Catalan a totally different lang?

If I may... I am married to a Catalan lady and have been there several times.
Our history books in the US don't mention this so here goes; Catalan is the principal language of Catalunya, which is a region of Spain. Barcelona, Spain is the capital of Catalunya. The Catalan language is only similiar to Spanish or Castillian. It is a latin based language and it sounds like a cross between italian, french, and spanish. Everyone in Catalunya is bi-lingual, spanish and catalan. This is because the spanish government requires everyone to learn spanish in the schools.
To answer your question Nano, it is entirely different from Spanish. Recently ICANN approved a new domain ".cat" for the purpose of promoting the Catalan language and culture. The country of Andorra is the only country whose official language is Catalan. It is a small country located between Spain and France. When Andorra was inducted in the United Nations it was the first time that the world was really "exposed" to the language. As for me, I hear it all the time but only speak a little. I am still trying to learn Spanish.
I hope this helps. Inaki, I sent you a pm a while ago as my wife may be interested in helping you or your group out. She is from Alguaire, Lleida. Let me know...
Bon Aneit. (spelling?) Good night.

Catalan is a completely diferent language. They are both romanical languages, but in the same relation that in french, italian o portuguese.
I'm also translating in catalan, in www.aegarbi.org, too, but I'm not sure if you have received my translations. Can you verify it?
thanks

I know that i'm getting a little bit heavy, but we are waiting for the refresh of the cvs to include catalan. There's another way to include the translated files to use it? Our web is waiting for the translation.
Thanks

I've written a little review for the Catalan Language:
About 10,000,000 potential speakers in Catalan Countries. More than 90% of the population in Catalan Countries use the language more than once a day, and this is one of the most spoken languages inside the group of the non-state nations in Europe. Catalan Countries are located in the South of France and the East of Spain, just beside the Mediterranian Sea. It must be clear that Catalan is not Spanish.
I'd like to notice that we've finished the catalan translation, and are waiting for the cvs refresh.
Thank You!

I downloaded the cvs language pack into v.9.0.6.1. I didn't expect it to work since it is not a cvs version but it said that it installed successfully. I noticed that there were no language changes within the site when the catalan language was clicked on. I do have the sitewide language settings set to allow different languages. Should the new cvs package work in 9.0.6.1? I don't think so since I tried it on another site and it would not install through the cvs.
I also noted that there was no flag to display. So, I made this .png of the catalan flag with the same dimensions as the other flags within DF.
