he hacked you with phpnuke and dragonfly. it's a hosting issue then. something your host is "not" doing correctly is allowing this person in. he's wiping your site out so you should have your host track him down and put the offender in jail. no slap on the wrist stuff either put him away for a couple years.

Issue was solved.
The issue was a Downloads Pro beta 1 security exploit that was never reported.
