If you want to use the multilingual feature of cpgNuke you have to make sure that the Custom Title of a module corresponds with a define statement in the language modules you use.
I.e. if you're using the English and Dutch language modules and you want "Recommend Us" respectively "Beveel ons aan" to be displayed, make sure that the Custom Title is (for instance) "RecommendUs". In the English and Dutch language modules, which both reside in the main language directory, respectively have to hold a define("_RecommendUsLANG", 'Recommend Us') statement and a define("_RecommendUsLANG", 'Adviseer ons') statement.
