I am taking my time and creating a theme from scratch only using some preexisting containers from theme.php I am trying to get left and right blocks to appear on top of one and other in the .sidecontent div.

i have div id content and inside is maincontent and sidecontent.. if module has blocks i want to use main and side.. if it doesnt have side blocks (blocks arent active) i just want to use content
