I have tried both newsletter and newsletterpro modules...
both have the same effect such that when the user receives the mail in html format or plain text.

the first line always show

the 3 characters

ï

any idea how can I rectify this?

the weird text doesnt show up correctly in the above msg..
the 3 characters are translated into something else.

i guess this was due to non-utf-8 compliant in one of my files... most probably the language file
