Post subject: forum permissions options not showing

Hi there... I'm trying to change the forum permissions but there are no pulldown menues for selecting what level has what type of permissions, please see the image.

I appreciate your suggestions, as a note, my level of understanding about coding is basic, so it is much appreciated if you consider so for your comments

Many thanks,
alejgonz

I guess I found the reason... maybe obvious but it wasn't for me.

The forum "permissions" and the group/user "privileges" should make sense to create a "type of permission" option.

In other words, if the forum is open to all/registered users, it doesn't make sense to show which permission you want to allow/restrict.

If the forum is "private", then the permission option will show.

I hope this helps others too Smile

Many Thanks to all Open Source Community not worthy .

If you enter this in your profile, it will show up with all of your posts and make it easier for others to help you in the time to come. The same applies for the other serverspecs. Thanks in advance. Wink
