This might sound dumb, but I am running the 9.1.1.rc2, and after reading the docs for 9.1.1 full, I do not see how to upgrade from rc2.

Do I just copy all the files over top of my old directory? Then run install from step 4?

I have everything backed up, so not worried about destruction, but just want to make things as smooth as possible.

I already set my admin.php, back to admin.php (I had changed it to something else, nice feature btw.)

I did what I was told to do, but the all I get from the install.php is a blank page

Already by accessing it? You can't do any installation steps?

Some support post where moved to their corresponding forums.

Thanks.

Post subject: Re: 9.1.1 Release Notes

Hi guys! Been busy with a ton of stuff and am only now getting some time to look into the notice that there was a new version of DF!

First off - YAY! So glad there has been a new release!

Second thing ... and please forgive me for asking this - I'm just severely pressed for time right now ... is it just me or has the issues of IE not seeing DF sites been addressed and even fixed?

That is the single most biggest rant/b*tch/complaint/whine from ALL my sites and the members cuz some sinmply will not use anything but.

I understand why it's not been a big concern coding-wise, but the second most common I wind up hearing is that if this CMS is *so* good and the coders are *so* on the cutting edge, then why can't they code for IE and make it work there too like other CMS's can?

*sigh* I never seem to have a good answer for that point. BVut it seems not to be an issue here and I won't get a chance to throw a "tester' version of the new release until maybe next week unless I get lucky and have time this weekend ... and I am just DYING to know. Razz

I just want to say - BANG

Thanks for the very hard work your team has pumped in to our world.

I think it's time for another donation to the effort you all have made. I will post some $'s to you all at the end on the month.
