Yes... cpgnuke.com.br it has just been registrered, and it has no information at all.
cpgnuke.gsoftwares.com its billing us 7$ for year to access their Forum and Downloads.... Its a SHAME that a website that tries to represent a really nice OPEN SOURCE CMS software, denies help on information and block download of CPGNUKE from anyone that didnt pays him for at least one year.
Im registered with then, but I can only access their forum or Download from their websites if I pay him this amount anualy.
This is the Access Denied Message.

Ow.. By the way... They Says "Official Brazilian CPGNuke comunity" Well.. I really dont think so.

Yes, I admit. I cannot follow the rules. The cost of the alterations and corrections of problems is high for me!. However, I am following the contract correctly!

My community modified the code of the system for Brazilians and supplies professional support has 5 years.
I accept not to have the heading of official community. However, the site www.cpgnuke.com.br stole my work and it is not distributing the original CPG-Nuke. Simply they copy my work.
The only site that really distributes and brings up to date correctly the versions of the system in Brazil is cpgnuke.gsoftwares.com Other sites simply copy our distribution!
I go to continue my work! I thank the understanding!

It's not that we don't appreciate all your work gsoft, but for being an "official" community site the downloads and forums should be publicly available.
However if brazilians want to pay you for it they have the right, nor are we completely banning/judge you for asking money. It's your right to do so by GPL.
Also you can't blame cpgnuke.com.br for distributing your version of Dragonfly because that is allowed by GPL as well.
What anyone can't do is modifying the credits page, only add a record with your credits
