also is the third row necessary? is there a way to remove it?

The last row is ment for that if mouse cursor get's too bottom by accident. Anyway, you can remove it so:
in cpgmm.css search for
border-bottom:20px solid #EBEBE2;
there should be two of these in quite end of file and change them to
border-bottom:0;

The menu doesn't load properly in IE6...
Not on my site, and nor on your site, Eestlane...

The submenu loads vertical instead of horizontal.

yeah, I know...sry for that, maybe someone knows how to get it work... I'm using IE 7 and can't install IE 6 in the same time... btw, can anyone remember one site where you can view any site, and it generates you a screenshot how this site looks in X os with Y browser, I know there was one, but can't find it.
