Sounds like you haven't uploaded templates to your themes.

What did you do to solve this problem, jeffk? I seem to be getting the same issue after the update. When trying to access PM's or one of the Usergroups I get the same error as above. Sad

I got a template folder in my /themes/DF_FiBlack3d/template/ if that's what you mean. Confused Doesn't seem to have changed with the update to me.

Try copying themes/default/template/Private_msgs folder to /themes/DF_FiBlack3D/template/Private_msgs

Post subject: 9.1.2.1 Upgrade, np Prv messages

Hi all, i upgraded our site to 9.1.2.1 today, and got a few niggly problems unfortunately.

Clicking on Private Messages produces this.

A database error has occurred

The webmaster has been notified of the error

Also am receiving a lot of emails saying this.
Quote::
On /index.php?name=Private_Messages&mode=post&u=4
While executing query "SELECT * FROM cms_bbthemes WHERE themes_id = "

the following error occured: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

i'm thinking thats related, but as a dumb enduser i cant see how. Sad

Site is here if anyone can help.

something its pretty strange here ... this is a 2 years old bug.

Looks like your tables structure went one month ago back due a restored backup? ... Is you site missing new posts, news etc etc ?
