For some reason coppermine comment did not show up. I look at the configuration and it looks fine.
What is wrong?

Does it work in the default theme?
Is debug on, and what error, if any?

Same thing in default theme (I just look). When debug is on there is NO error.
But for some reason it will not let users post comment. Missing Comment at the bottom of the picture.

I just see an error, but I think it is un related to the problem I am having.
This show up at the bottom of the page, when I am in an emply album.

Yes, it is DF 9.1.2.1 upgraded from 9.0.6.1

Topic title say "not able to post comments" but then you say that "comment did not show up"... still not clear whats the problem that you are having.
Also its a singular case and a good back-trace its what you need.

Sorry for the confusion nanoC, Topic is correct. I was not able to post comment, because the area that suppose to have text box that user can post is missing.
What do you mean by back trace?

OK! I also just noticed another problem. Rate Picture is also missing. Users can not rate picture either.
