how can i make left site to right?
and where i copy that code? i need to know which
files need i edite and copy the code.

Your browser should do it automagicly. If not, tell us which browser you use.

example my login to Control Panel (admin) in ltr but main admin in rtl

Ok i hope you understand the following.
All text is always ltr except for rtl characters.
A browser automagicly detects how text should be shown.
