DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?
because you don't listen at all and you don't help at all.
There is nothing in my config.php, so I added that line and it made no diff, and if you dont understand this, god help ya, so get your facts right.

First calm down, second as I've stated before you are not telling us what you are exactly doing, if you would have told us before that your config.php is empty then things would be different. How ever i do understand that I'm not good enough for you and looks like I'm not able to help you. Anyone else that use a magic wand can help him please?

Ok Mc-Kay, lets start over from the beginning.
Are you still having the problem?
If so, what exactly is the database error?
Do you always get the cookie error or the DB error when posting?
Does it only happen when posting?
Do you get any other errors?
Can you log in as admin and turn on Debug?
What version were you running prior to the upgrade and what version did you upgrade to?
Are your site specifications correct here?
