Hi, am I allowed to translate the footer

If everything on the site is in Estonian, then it would be weird for visitors to see some English text they don't understand. I would keep their link targets the same ofcourse.

after you translate it submit the language files to the developers to have it added to the core language files.

It's hardcoded, I don't have access to other CVS than my language and I don't think anyone will be interested in updating all these languages for having extra strings.
Though if someone does that, I can surely add them to Estonian language, though I have the CVS feed + CVS mailing list for details, so if any string is added/modified for english language, I'll do the same with Estonian.
EDIT(7. August): Footer is made translatable in CVS by nano, Estonian translated too...
EDIT2: Oh, not really. But the strings were added to languagefiles, though.
