PHP:
# CVS is now at the revision number 9.1.2.6

  • bbsmilies database errors for upgrades with STRICT_TRANS_TABLE and 9.1.2.1 fresh install.
  • cpgmm menu, when installing or upgrading it will show one link per category instead of all links.

Blocks wrote:
  • Blocks are totally independent from modules now.
    Every module may have any block in any side at any position.
  • A new totally restructured blocks administration javascript based, a video tutorial is available already at diz website.
  • If you have JavaScript disabled you can still use admin -> blocks -> edit block -> to set up the block on left OR right side and the module it is in, however it still needs improved but 99.99% of us have JavaScript enabled.

  • Logging will let you know why they get banned, timing, referreres, proxies etc etc .... if the log shows you that time requests from a banned user are quite distant from them, then you could enable the ...
  • Debug which will catch any request coming from the same ip (accept cookies or not) and might using different UAs. Do not leave it on at all the times but use it when only you need to.
  • An improved flooding delay have been written as well.

  • Upgrades from 9.0.6.1+ using PostgreSQL 7.x or 8.x is fully supported
  • MySQL STRICT_TRANS_TABLE is fully supported.

New block manager's nice, but on my system it's not saving any changes made in the JavaScript area (add, delete, order changes).

Yup. I even looked at the video tutorial to see if I was doing something wrong. When I press update, the page reloads (which I'd expect), but nothing is saved.

I don't know if it's relevant, but I get these warnings:

It looks like a module without blocks, but the script is aware of those. Till now i cannot reproduce it. Do you mind to zip and attach your cacke/config_blocks_list.php please.

[edit]Yes got it ... its a relic block assigned to a not existing module.[/edit]
[edit]The upgrade will now skip relic blocks still assigned to uninstalled modules, probably an old bug.[/edit]

@darkgrue
Code::
DELETE FROM cms_blocks_custom WHERE mid NOT IN (SELECT CONCAT_WS(',', mid ) FROM cms_modules) and mid NOT IN (-1)

Can't attach files here, going to have to point to another forum, I guess.

Command executes, but doesn't solve the problem for me. After arranging the blocks and pressing "Update Changes", the blocks shuffle back to the order they were in.

Look like I found a legitimate bug, at least.

did the query affected any rows?
do you still see the exact same warnings as before or after the query some of them disappeared.

also if you comment line 76 in admin/modules/blocks.php where the url_redirect is then you should be able to see any possible warning.

This is puzzling me so much thats its unbelievable, others users upgraded to 9.1.2.6 and the blocks are working perfectly and its even working on my old PostgreSQL installation upgrade and new install with no one single issues.

Checking the new version out asap, though I've seen that you have made many changes in CVS lately, nice to see thatkind of activity.

Yeah I've fixed few bugs already reported on our bug tracking plus fixed the favicon url which was filling up our error log and applied a patch for the above bug coming from relict data.

Same issue as Grue here with the Line 181 undefined offset spam when debugging is on. I tried that SQL statement you posted for Grue, and got zero matches (no changes).

Also, have an additional problem in that I cannot drag and drop any of the blocks in the blocks admin (right hand side). When the mouse hovers over them I just get the circle with the line through it cursor.
