And here's a valid example of blocks with same name, which is in use with 9.1: User Info. Multiple versions of User Info block, a small version with little info viewable only by Anonymous, version with who's online viewable by Registered, and potentially even fuller version viewable by Admins.

This will be disallowed under 9.2? Worse a 9.1 user upgrading will have to delete a block and recreate it each time they want to install a new module, then re-install. For what? Where's the benefit?

I'm changing Pro_News today so it can handle this hidden block issue, lest it's not addressed, so I can live with either outcome. But to be clear I am not opposed to preventing true duplicate blocks, or even deleting 1 instance of a true or even a presumed duplicate. However as implemented this code utilises one "duplicate" but displays the other "duplicate." I.e. it makes the (presumed) duplicate situation worse - that's what I was trying to get across.

Also small issue with XHTML 1.1 compliance with nbbcode.php. CVS shows it as modified to be compliant, and it is when used singly as in Forums. But in Submit News where it is called twice, a warning is given for a duplicate definition of hr. Removing name=hr from the javascript for HR resolves this, and doesn't seem to cause any problems - at least with my limited testing.

OK I have been putting this off for a while waiting on modules and themes to be updated out there etc, but I was wondering how much of a hassle is it to upgrade and at the same time is it really something I need to do?

Hello

installed on a local site to test the cvs version,

but I have two problems that can not resolve

administration block is not displayed correctly
and administration of the forums showed me that option should show Admin.

I made changes to the site to suit my taste, was to rename the module Forums to Foros, but trying to return the name and still does not work for me,

What could be?

thanks
