After I uploaded the RC2 I get this error.

I suggest you check all files are intact - it seems you have an ftp or server problem, not a DF problem.

Found the problem. For some reason when I uploaded the file it changed my server files permission. So after the permission got changed to 755. It runs OK!

FTP will typically upload at 0644. It's pretty newbie but 'always' check file permissions when uploading files. Don't assume that they will stay after making changes.
