I tried searching but haven't found where I can change the banner link so that it opens in the same window or if I could remove the link so that the banner isn't clickable would be fine too.

What I'm trying to do is either have the banner system working as a header image or if I want, link to an article on the site.

I changed line 165 in includes\functions\display.php from
