Post subject: Waiting content and waiting users?

I really cant find the waiting content block anywhere. I've searched the forums on different ways to make it visible.

Is it the theme? (dont think so as I testet with the default dragonfly theme).
Is it the code? (maybe, but where can I activate it).
Is there any replacement block I could use?

Thanks...

Do you actually have any waiting content, in active modules? I'm not sure how this block works but DrafonFly blocks generally tend not to appear at all unless they have something to display.

Huh - looks like that combined into the Admin block with DF9.2.
Is your Admin block active in blocks admin?
Is it viewable in the modules your looking for it in?

You mean that waiting content should be in this list:

Administration
Blocks Admin
Modules Admin
Forum Admin
New Survey
New Story
_GUESTBOOK4U: 0
• Submissions: 0

I can't remember seeing anything else there, but I could be wrong.

Bugger - you're right. No Waiting User
Bug or FAD?

I found some old posts on this, deleted the config_waitlist and config_adlist from cache, didn't help. purged entire cache directory - still no waiting users.

btw - this is on my dev 9.2.1 site

hmm, waiting users never have been listed.

You can add this to the admin/wait/ folder - wait_users.php
PHP:

if (!defined('CPG_NUKE')) { exit; }
global
$user_prefix;
//users waiting
if (is_admin()) {
list($tempCount) = $db->sql_count($user_prefix.'_users_temp');
get_lang('Your_Account');
$content .= '<b>&#8226;</b>&nbsp;<a href="'.adminlink('users&amp;show=tmpusers').'">'._WAITINGUSERS.'</a>: '.$tempCount.'<br />';
}

Hmm.. I could have sworn that I've seen Waiting users...

Anyway, thanks for the code above, do I have to do anything more? Must a new user 'activate' it?

delete the config_waitlist.php file from your cache directory, then your waiting users should show up in the list

and yes, Waiting users was in 9.1, but they combined the Admin and Waiting content blocks with 9.2 and since then Waiting Users has been missing.

Phoenix - should one of us submit a bug/feature request for this or is it taken care of?
