Thanks greenday2k!

For benefit of others who have an empty, or no, ~/.geany folder, you only need to copy in the 2 specifically mentioned files from the .zip: snippets.conf & tags/dragonfly.php.tags. (The other files from the zip can be ignored as they will be used from where Geany is installed.)
