@ Maze -It only said database error for the user see quote:

Quote:
A database error has occurred

The webmaster has been notified of the error

[ Home ] [ Go Back ]

I will check my email tonight when I get home to see what error message other than the quote. I am not able to access my email from work, they block all webmail.

@ Phoenix - What do you mean by:

If it provide more information other and saying database error. Then it would not be as you said (lack of). Thank you for your inputs.

Try search on: Illegal mix of collations

Any of the 1st 6 results - beside your post - should help you out.

Basically you have to convert all your tables and a couple of key fields at least from the old default collation to a utf8 one. There are several ways to do this, pick which suits you best, and take an SQL backup first... I've only screwed it up once, fortunately that was the one that I did back up, but I'm not usually that lucky! Wink
