What is supposed to be there, to comply with GPL license, is the last line as displayed on this site.

This is not in the footer entry - it would be to easy to unintentionally overwrite it there, your webmaster must have edited the code!

You have 3 choices to resolve IMHO. You could add the required entry manually to the end of footer 3 (Admin > System > Foorter. Type what you see on this site, and add the links in HTML, based on how they are set here - using your website name of course.) Or you could re-upload the original code - but this may change other changes if your webmaster made any. Or you could upgrade to 9.2.1 to be current, which would fix this at the same time (but again there may be other effects depending on what your prior webmaster did).

As for the theme, one way is to add it to the SQL file cms_credits using phpMyAdmin to insert a new record. Or look at the original zip for the Theme, and copy the code back. (But again, if you upgrade to 9.2 you'll need to upgrade the theme anyway.)

hmm, methinks not - was also "unintentionally" removed from the default theme.
