Read the subject title...
But if u want more i say this, i opened other lang files with notepad2 and it works, but coppermine land file are bugged with ******* @A and other like this.

only to edit and send them back here with corrections, making sure to use utf-8 encoding...

I gave a look to coppemrine language file, but I don't understand because there are two language diretories ('/language' and '/lang') one seems to be in UTF the other in ISO...
Which one need to be converted?

best to fix the newest version for the upcoming release... but currently in 8.2b they are in language/lang-french-uf-8.php
