 Post subject: Newsletter does not send.

I don't get any error.It says it was sent but it never arrives.
I've tried to change to smtp with no luck.I've read every post I could find on the subject with no change.I re uploaded newsletter.php and still nothing.I had this working before so I am not sure how I broke it.
Any advice would be a big help.

Ok...I installed a fresh version of 9.1.2.1 in a new folder and the news letter worked.Then I imported a back up database from my original site and the newsletter didn't send so it seems to be something in the db.Any idea's where to look?

Number of users (or is it a group) you are trying to sent the newsletter?

I've tried sending to all(200 users) and to different groups with 1-10 users.

So both, production and test site, are running 9.1.2, but i guess in a different server.
First think admin -> main settings -> debug and enable all options.
If you dont see any warnings:
reinstall a fresh 9.1.2 for testing using a brand new and empty database.
At this point search differences in cms_security table (specially where emails domains are).
Have a look, also, if your users emails (cms_users table) are looking good.

well they are both on the same server but with different databases to start with.
When the test site had a new database with only me as a user the newsletter worked.
When I imported the database from the production site to the test site.The newsletter stopped working.
