i hace a little problem here, I'm trying to upload a picture and i gat this error.

and still dont work, i'm trying jpg images and dint owrk either.

Someone has marked your profile as "no credits" - presumably because there is no evidence of a DF site.

The error you report appears to come from valid DF code, so I can only presume you are using a test site.

We cannot resolve your server permissions for you - there are simply too many server configs out there (many incorrect) - even moreso of a problem when people use their PCs for local testing.

I have never experienced your issue and it doesn't appear in the forums either. There are limits to what we can reasonably help you with - only you can know and manage your server conditions and permissions. If you see that as lack of help, that is unfortunate, but we cannot guess what your problem is unless another user has experienced and resolved exactly the same issue.

That is a large part of why we ask for information - so that other users might notice something they can relate to.

Check admin.php?op=info&mods - do you have gd enabled?

- what is "Method for resizing images"
- set "Enable debug mode" to "Yes" and see what is reported.

What permissions do you need for your "DFroot/cache" directory to work - your site is very slow to load although that may be due to the other 140 sites on your server.

Same permissions should be applied to modules/coppermine/albums and modules/coppermine/albums/userpics

Note: 777 is not always what is required - sometimes it is 755 - depends on your host server config.

Okay, if permissions isn't an issue, it's not a DF issue - there is some sort of server issue which only you and your host can resolve.

file_uploads - On?
upload_tmp_dir - sometimes this needs to be set.

Is your file simply too large?
