Installation problem

index.php can't find includes/cmsinit.inc
Check for the existence of that file and check permissions - try temporary change to 777, then back down from there if it works

I did a complete reinstall and then upgraded again and it seems to have doen the trick. I would just like to say a big thank you to all those that helped and offered sdvice on the way. Now can anyone point me in the right direction with regards to Themes, ie someone who can desgign me one or someone that can explain how to design my own.
