Thanks for all the help!

The last post fixed the positioning, and I figured out the background/table/etc issues on my own. Ended up having to modify the corresponding style sheet.

Now once the server is back up, the site will be back up.

Once again, thanks for all the help. Once I have access again, I will post the correct CSS/header.html file for those out there that wish to do the same as I did.
