I have Forums Pro being used by hundreds of members without any reported issues, except for one member.
When he is not logged in he can view the forums without any problems, when he logs in and tries to enter the forums he gets error:"This board has no forums".

When logged in and attempting to use a link to a forum post he gets 'The topic or post you requested does not exist'

Any ideas please?

Might be his permissions to be incorrect.
Check his groups and permissions.

Checked permissions no groups in force, he has a basic membership same as the majority of members and this is the only complaint ever received.

He says:

It's cookie related: when I disabled cookies, or when I erased m4t cookies, I could access forums while logged in (using Firefox). But whenever I let m4t cookies be accepted, it kills my forum access. I can exclude m4t cookies only, and it works fine. So, looks like somehow the cookies I get from m4t kill my forum access.
